1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Recharge plus ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, PIN and wallet. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Services Offered

Recharge plus provides Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services including airtime, mobile data, cable TV subscription, electricity bill payment, SMS and related digital services. Service availability depends on third-party network providers and may change without notice.

4. Wallet, Funding & Pricing

• Transactions are paid from your in-app wallet balance.
• Wallet funding is processed through approved payment partners.
• Prices and discounts may vary by user level (user, reseller, agent, API user).
• All purchases are final once delivered.

5. Refunds & Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails and value is not delivered by the provider, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet. Refunds for delivered transactions are not provided. Disputes must be reported within 48 hours.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for fraud, money laundering, resale of stolen funds, abuse of bonuses, automated abuse, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Third-Party Providers

Delivery of airtime, data and bill payments depends on telecom operators and biller APIs. We are not liable for delays, downtime or pricing changes caused by these providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recharge plus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
